At Jamie Kay, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or refund. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
